Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Complimentary on orders over $500
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

1. Email us at cs@auterwear.com with your order number to request a return

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (free returns within the U.S.)

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
